Role purpose:Leading Technology _VOIS global delivery unit for business solutions & programme management office across multiple locations including India, Egypt, Romania, Spain, etc… providing diverse technology services for both local markets (programme management office especially) and global functions (VBP&S, D&IT Operations & Infrastructure, Group HR, Group Legal, etc.).Strategize & implement critical initiatives for the delivery unit in alignment with the organisation vision & growth plans while driving collaboration across the multi-location organization.Accountable for meeting technology KPIs, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, stakeholder management and meeting budget & efficiency targets through building and managing teams of highly motivated technology professionals.Accountable for growing the global service line’s services portfolio, in accordance with Tech 2025, through definition and delivery of highly value-added services (i.e. PMOaaS, LPMaaS, etc).Accountable for building a culture of life-long learning, continuous improvement, and innovation.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:Leading (Coach, inspire, motivate, evaluate and develop) a large team of BAs, PMs, software engineers, platform engineers, architects (SW and cloud), etc…across multiple locationsImplement global technology strategies for the function and drive operation excellence in processes across the global delivery unit.Drive technology services portfolio, roadmaps & transformation across the delivery unit, also driving initiatives for technology efficiency targets; Strategize & implement critical initiatives for the functions, in line with the organizations’ vision & growth plans.Manage the delivery unit budget - OPEX/CAPEX budget across multiple locations.Build and manage strong partners management engagement to ensure delivering quality technology services to continuously drive and improve customer experience.With these skills you are a great candidate:15+ years of Technology leadership experience with proven record in delivery, transformation, governance, and finance management:Solid experience in products development in a cloud environment and products life cycle managementSolid experience of SAFe, Agile, Project & programme managementSolid experience of continuous improvement methodologies and techniques, RPA, process transformation, etc.Expert knowledge of the strategy development & implementation especially business products and servicesAble to work independently in a highly dynamic environment with:strong analytical skills, organized, self-motivation in addition to having excellent communications and Presentation skills.Solid communication skills with capability of networking on global environment in a way that supports business growth activities.Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic environment with a fully understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations.Proven track record of managing technology teams / centers at scale and internationally (across all of time, cost, and quality)Sounds like the perfect job?
