Position Available: Head of Workforce Management BI We are looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Head of Workforce Management BI to lead our strategic efforts in optimising workforce operations and enhancing business intelligence capabilities. This vital role is key for driving efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with our overarching organisational goals. As a strategic leader, the Head of Workforce Management BI will play a critical role in the deployment of workforce strategies and the advancement of our analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business goals. Predict staffing requirements to meet operational needs with the right personnel. Oversee scheduling processes utilizing software such as UKG – Virtual Roster, Pit Manager, and Turnstiles. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and suggest enhancements in staffing and shift arrangements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure workforce management is in line with company objectives. Lead, mentor, and inspire the workforce management and business intelligence teams. Prepare regular reports for senior management on staffing, labor costs, overtime, and employee satisfaction. Manage the workforce management budget responsibly. Promote continuous improvement and best practices in workforce management procedures. Create and deliver training programs for the workforce management team. Foster strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners. Ensure compliance with company standards and report any policy violations. Desired Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (WFM/Workforce/Forecasting) with demonstrated skills and expertise. Proficiency in both English and Romanian (written and spoken). Familiarity with Romanian labor laws. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proven experience in leading high-performing teams. Strong decision-making abilities and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in iGaming or Live Casino environments is a significant advantage.
