HeadChefClient Description:Adecco Human Resources offers employment opportunities as a Head Chef in Brăila.Responsibilities:- Preparing and cooking meals according to strict standards of food hygiene, quality, and presentation.- Responsible for the running and smooth operation of the catering provision and facilities across the station and providing support globally for any new catering business.- Responsible for ensuring that effective allocation of duties ensures that meals are prepared, cooked, and displayed to a high standard according to the agreed menu/recipe/ allergenic and nutritional information specifications and that the service of food is promp.Candidate Profile:- Solid and relevant experience in catering and food management;- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;- Advanced knowledge of the English language;- Culinary certificate;- Health and safety certificate.Benefits:- Salary package - 9000 ron net.- Meal vouchers – 35 ron / worked day.- Weekend bonus – 10%.- Transportation reimbursement – 150 ron / month.Work Schedule:- Full-time in 2 shifts.
