In this role, you will work within service level agreements, communicating when cases are escalated. In addition, you will be responsible for the accurate collection of case details and employee data, provide general information on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQs. You will also be asked to provide feedback and propose improvements in your area of responsibility and to record and track cases in the case management system, assigning a severity level and following through to ensure that cases are resolved and that service level agreements can be measured and improved. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Full proficiency in French and EnglishSystems knowledge would be a plus : Workday; Service NowCustomer serviceWorking in a shared service organizationWorking with case management systemsYour area of process specialismActive listening skillsAsking questions based on end-user scenario and judgment skills to respond to all types of employee-related questionsMulti-tasking and managing a fluctuating workloadOperational excellenceMore about this roleWhat you need to know about this position:HR Advisor sits within our new HR Shared Service Center and provides generalist HR advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and general colleague queries, acting as the first point of contact for Mondelez employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through self-service channels available.Key Responsibilities:Operational DeliveryAct as the first point of contact for questions relating to your HR process area of responsibility, providing high-quality and timely customer service and ensuring that all requests are fully understood.Work within SLAs agreements, communicating when cases are escalated.Be responsible for the accurate collection of case details and employee data, provide general information on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQsPropose improvements in your area of responsibility and record and track cases in the tickets management system, assigning a severity level and following through to ensure that cases are resolved and that service level agreements can be measured and improved.Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures.Strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems ( Workday) and processes in order to ensure high quality service delivery.Responsible for escalating queries for support to the My Query Lead or People Experience Lead where appropriate.Accountable for completing relevant research to support query resolution.Building relationships with key stakeholders ie People Leads, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards, key line managers.Working flexibly across other teams within the Shared Service Centre as volumes in the centre fluctuate.Continuous ImprovementResponsible for collaborating with other HR teams to understand and implement processes, focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of employee life events.Responsible for identifying service issues, proactively proposing improvements, and leading or supporting the implementation of changes.What You Will BringFluent in French and English (must have)Attention to detail & high level of prioritization skillsHands on attitude with focus on solving problems Active listening skillsAsking questions based on end-user scenario and judgment skills to respond to all types of HR-related questionsTeam player that can build long lasting positive relations with the team, colleagues & stakeholdersNice to have: Previous relevant experience in Human Resources, Customer Service or Administrative field in a SSC/BPO set up.Systems knowledge would be a plus : Workday; Service NowWhat’s in it for YouWe’re Europe’s biggest and best snacking company.
