The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu’s growth by providing support and career development for all our team members in every aspect of their work experience. The Department is also in charge of international mobility and training, as well as managing payroll and other administrative procedures, and ensuring compliance with local HR regulations.As an HR Assistant you will advise and support management on various HR topics such as internal policies and processes, administrative and legal issues etc.Directly managed by the HR Officer, you will oversee: Implementing Mantu’s HR policies within your scopeEnsuring employment contracts, addendums and any HR legal documents are in line with local regulationsEnsuring salaries & benefits are in line with the company’s internal policy as well as with government regulationsCoordinating the annual employee performance appraisal with directors & managersResponsible for onboarding new team membersMaintaining employee's database by verifying that information and documents are available and up to date (entries, exits, HR Documents, ID etc)Responsible for the day-to-day running of payroll processesCoordinating and managing the logistical aspects of our training programmeAssisting HR Operational team on some ad-hoc projects when it's necessaryContributing to the lean management and improvement of HR processes Ideal Candidate Master’s or BA degree in a HR-related discipline1-2 years of experience in the HR sectorFluent in English and French Keen to work in a challenging environment as part of an international teamCurious and dynamic with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Service-oriented, independent, and adaptable Attention to detail “Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
