We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic professional to join them as an HR Business Partner at their multinational logistics Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic business partner to managers across all HR functions, adapting policies and procedures to meet specific business needs; Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience; Lead efficient recruitment processes, exploring innovative methods such as online platforms, job fairs, and referrals; Support HR monthly reporting processes and ensure accurate employee data maintenance; Drive conflict management and disciplinary actions when necessary, fostering a positive work environment; Implement internal and external HR communication programs to enhance employee engagement; Assist in training needs analysis and development of individual development plans for managers and high-potential employees; Support HR digitalization efforts based on local needs and available resources. Required Qualifications: University degree ideally in Human Resources or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience, coordinating projects in various HR areas; Experience in recruitment for both blue and white-collar positions; Advanced English proficiency; Experience in logistics, retail or transport industries preferred.
