Our HR Team is growing, reason why we have two open positions of internship on the administration and recruiting area.
As an intern in our recruiting team, your responsibilities will include:
• Offering support in recruiting processes;
• Active sourcing of candidates;
• Maintaining records and status for each candidate;
• Handling, processing and organizing documents for our candidates’ database;
• Working with large database and with different interfaces;
• Collecting, processing and interpreting feedback data;
• Posting job announcements on different recruiting platforms;
• Identifying the best channels to communicate with possible candidates.
Being an Admin Intern in our team, your responsibilities will imply:
• Providing support for our employees (certificates, change of personal data, etc.);
• Updating information in tools and internal databases;
• Handling various documentation for existing and former employees (contracts, additional documents, etc.);
• Offering support for HR processes;
• Collaborating with our benefits responsible regarding the employees’ benefits.
