Whatever we do, we do it well and we make changes that matter. How could you help us do this? We need an HR Operations Advisor - this is a Program lead role for our WFR processes and the new colleague will be responsible with managing all WFR related activities for EMEA countries.What kind of work would you be doing? Liaising with all HR teams, legal, WFR PMO team;Leverage technology where feasible to drive the operational process for WFR;Provide reports on need basis;Assist with documentation creation and workflow design;Consults with legal on country local regulations and policies;Support Audit requirements related to WFR.Raise red flags proactively and partner more closely with legal for complex countries and get involved with low-level work council related activities.Partner with HRBPs, Country HR team, WFR PMO & legal to understand business needs, cultivate and recommend optimal solutions, and develop the processes for smooth implementation of WFR across all countries.What achievements should you have so far?First level university degree; advanced university degree in business preferred.Typically 7-10 years’ experience in HR, HROPS, Shared Services and Project Management preferably in a Global role.General know-how of WFR process with sensitivity to local regulations.Advanced program management, process development, leadership, influencing, and consulting skills.Strong general HR knowledge.Strong ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications.Knowledge and skills:Advanced communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to not only manage at an operational level but also think strategically.Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process. Strong customer orientation and ability to influence the employee experience.Good time management skills and team working.Ability to work remotely and under own initiative.Ability to support multiple countries.Good research and troubleshooting skills.What will you get in return? As well as a meaningful career with the opportunity to really develop and display your skills and ideas, you will also receive support, progression, training and development. As well as this and your salary, you will also receive an array of competitive benefits and an annual individual and company performance related bonus. Heard enough? What are you waiting for?
