Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:Payroll Admin with DutchProcessing client's payroll every pay period;Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data;Entering payroll information into central system for processing;Completing ad-hoc or recurrent payroll reports;Answering staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records;Receiving and coordinates requests for leave and other absences;Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records;Honoring confidentiality of employees' pay records.Recruiting Analyst with DutchAct as a sourcing process owner with Accenture standard delivery solution;Consistently build, maintain and display a sound understanding of the client's industry in order to identify opportunities and manage risks;Ensure the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire and cost;Work with other recruiters, operations management or client's workforce planning teams to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility; Conduct highly collaborate requisition intake discussion with hiring manager;Understand and document specific sourcing requirement. Appropriately set hiring manager expectations using data from similar prior searches and externally available labor pool supply demand information;Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies. Requirements Skills that make your work successful: You are fluent in English and Dutch (written & spoken);You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;Work experience in HR domain (Recruitment; Finance & Accounting/ Payroll activity, nice to have);Problem solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;Proactive, positive attitude and approach;  Offer How we truly care: Follow a journey of success.
