Diversity workplaceAbility to work 1-2 days per week from homeGreat environment to develop your careerA competitive salary and benefitsIntroductionWe are looking for the talented person for a HR Partner role, for the Romania and Hungary region, to join a global company that offers solutions for buildings, houses and transportation, that offers everything possible for a sustainable world, in the field of systems ventilation and air conditioning.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of HR experience; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s in HR  a plus;Required languages are Hungarian, Romanian and English;Required business travel: min 3 days per quarter;Broad HR Generalist skills, knowledge of the local labor lawsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers;Detail-orientated, organized, with a strong sense of urgency;Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with a team;Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks;Experience with administering HR systems (PeopleSoft and Taleo experience a plus);Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Informationlucia.negru@randstad.roOrganisation/DepartmentHRJob descriptionWe are looking for the talented person for a HR Partner role, for the Romania and Hungary region, to join a global company that offers solutions for buildings, houses and transportation, that offers everything possible for a sustainable world, in the field of systems ventilation and air conditioning.Execute HR plans, processes and programs aligned with business objectives and HR strategy;Engages in overall talent practices including workforce planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent development and management, retention, and engagement programs;Coaches and counsels’ managers on talent management practices, addressing questions and helping them navigate the process;Works with managers on all compensation and benefits related matters including off-cycle adjustments, promotions, …Treat Employee, Manager and HR inquiries on all relevant HR policies, processes, systems and employee programs;Manage all personnel administration (including offers and changes in labor relationship such as increases, bonuses, letter preparation, employee file maintenance);Creates positive change through coaching, counseling, and influencing skills;Monitors employee climate to identify issues/trends; counsel managers on identifying issues and implementing corrective actions, while also seeing opportunities to increase engagement;Works with legal and managers in matters of termination of employees; addresses employee relations issues, such as allegations, complaints, or other concerns brought up from employees;Demonstrates awareness of the cross-cultural impact of HR processes, coaches managers on the positive impact of a progressive, diverse, and inclusive work environment;Learns and applies knowledge of customer and business matters and links to role in HR;Regularly participates in business discussions and decisions with managers;Works with local management team to develop and implement engagement and retention plan.
