What will you do on daily basis?You will be working in a dynamic, international team in an agile way of working. CX/ UX will be the core of your work, as we are working on customer-centric solutions for our internal customers (employees and leaders) You will be involved in designing and developing team development products from scratch and implementing them in the organization.Target group-oriented product communication and product marketing.Analysis based on internal/external data, deriving creative design ideas.Monitoring market developments and the competitive situation as well as innovation/technology scouting What should you bring?Passion, innovation, and customer focus. You have strong knowledge and experience in product development, project management, customer-focused communication, storytelling and consulting of stakeholders.You have experience in Design Thinking and are familiar with agile methodologies.Previous experiences in the world of HR with an understanding of people development, learning and performance development principlesData driven mindset, experience in data mining and data analytics Ideally, you have experience as a Scrum Master.A master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldProficiency in English. German language skills (level B2) are a plus.
