The International Recruitment team supports talent acquisition for the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions and is the force responsible for attracting and hiring the best diverse talent to help achieve our goal. The team is formed by Recruiting Partners, Recruiting Specialists and a Program Specialist who oversees a range of projects and programs across the team.
As a Program Specialist, you will coordinate HR projects that will drive efficiencies to the team, consult with internal and external stakeholders, engage with new hires, research and apply best practice methodologies in program development and execution. You will also support programs through multiple stages to successful completion, resource work across team members, cross functional groups and business stakeholders, and monitor and report program performance against defined goals and objectives.
You will own the program coordination and logistics of our European onboarding program. Good organization, communication and collaboration skills will be essential to coordinate the seamless execution of the program, along with facilitating the onboarding content.
You will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast pace, highly collaborative environment. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, Communications or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English

- Project Coordination experience
- Experience in delivering presentations
