Description & Requirements Who we are looking for We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Specialist to join our team and provide support on a number of Talent related processes, with the ultimate goal to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization. The ideal candidate needs to have proven expertise in Recruitment; any other HR Generalist processes is a plus (Learning & Development, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations). Your future role Main responsibilities: As a Recruiter: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for selected internal roles, coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring successful delivery.Generate recruitment data analysis, reports, statistics, etc., formulates conclusions and recommendations.Act as an internal consultant on all experienced recruitment related issues.Build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders, candidates and external recruitment agencies.As an Advisor/Generalist and troubleshooter (1st level of escalation before HRBPs) in relation to the topics listed below: Act as resource for Performance Management process, that would include: project management of the entire process (including timelines, internal communication, etc.), run internal sessions with relevant members of the Talent team and internal clients to update on process or application developments, participate in Talent reviews and consolidate data, work with internal tools for performance management and focus on continuous process improvement, efficiency-related enhancements as well as cross-firm alignment and standardization where appropriate.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, prepare various presentations.Assist in drafting and updating procedures and policies.Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, including data entry in HR systems/internal platforms.Serve as an advisor to hiring managers or other interested parties from the internal side.Liaise with various internal teams from HR or Enabling services to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end employee experience.Participate in other local and regional HR projects and initiatives.Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.Help organize different Talent related activities.
