Job Description
We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our HR Department and will be in charge with the selection & recruitment activities plus administrative ones.

Admin activities:
Make sure all employee data related to new hires/ leavers is up to date in HRIS – Workday Make all the necessary uploads and registrations in REVISAL Manage the onboarding process for new hires Manage the offboarding process for leavers Responsible with archiving documents for existing employees’ files in HR, including updating the New Hire Checklist and all other spreadsheets in HRIS; Active role in ensuring that employees act in respect to the Internal Regulation provisions and Code of Conduct. Help whenever necessary with the admin processes Recruitment activities:
Ensuring all roles are posted on internal / external career portal - Advertise and promote vacancies placing adverts in the appropriate online media Direct search: Proactively searching for relevant talent for every role using internal / external sourcing channels as applicable Be an expert in using the LinkedIn recruiter account Candidate pre/screening and selection for shortlist Contact candidates and schedule interviews. Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance. Provide timely feedback, where necessary and appropriate. Participate in recruitment processes as support to meet hiring goals Participate in job fairs, Open days for students, specialized social activities at and different types of personnel marketing events Responsibility to maintain and update CV data bases and internal spreadsheets Help in preparing the materials for job fairs; Help build a strong Employer Branding strategy #LI-ES1
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in human resources field At least 3 years of experience in recruiting (IT/technical field is a plus) Experience with REVISAL is mandatory Be familiar with labor code Any experience with payroll is a Plus Competencies
Previous experience in dealing with a multi-cultural environment Proven experience with managing end-to-end recruitment process Be a proficient user of LinkedIn (also similar recruitment platforms) and social media platforms Good understanding of the local market and its resources Team player with excellent communication skills, motivated self-starter, detail oriented, and positive attitude Working experience with Microsoft Office packages; Familiarity with and HRIS systems such as WorkDay would be advantageous Effective written and fluent verbal communication skills in English
