ResponsibilitiesEnsures the compliance with local legislation and Honeywell HSE standardsEnsure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properlyCoordinates HSE & Facility activitiesEnsures the necessary resources for HSE & Facility activities Responsible for maintaining and improving of HSE integrated management systemPrepares documents for HSE integrated management system analysisEnsures resources and participate to the actions defined based on management analysisImplements and respects HSE procedures in department and companyRespects the obligations coming from civil protection structuresPursue the achievement of periodical HSE inspections, to prevent any undesirable eventsPursue the effective and efficient closure of HSE preventive and corrective actionsIdentify the treats and evaluates the risks for each element of work system and employee, task, work equipment and work environment/ work placeDevelops and updates the prevention and protection planPropose responsibilities related to HSE for all employees’ job descriptionsVerifies the knowledge and application by all employees, of the measures stipulated in prevention and protection plan, and also the HSE responsibilities set in Job descriptionsDevelops technical documentations for employees training on HSE topicsDevelops HSE training-knowledge checking planChecks the functionality of alarm systems, emergency signalization and safety systemsInform the employer, in written, about the problems occurred during the controls performed at work places, proposing preventive and protective measuresParticipates to events research according to Romanian legislationMaintain the evidences according to Romanian legislationDevelops the reports about work accidents according to Romanian legislationCollaborates with employees, representatives, external services for prevention and protection, occupational medicine doctor, to coordinate prevention and protection measuresCollaborates with designated internal services/ external services from other employers, in case that other employers have activities inside our companyEnsure warning, prevention, protection, evacuation plans updatesPropose sanctions and incentives for employees, based on the fulfilment of HSE responsibilitiesProposes clauses in commercial, service contracts related to HSE areaDefines the necessary materials means for HSE activitiesQUALIFICATIONSTechnical university bachelorDemonstrated experience within People Management Specific legislation certification- Risk evaluator, cadru tehnic PSI, Internal auditorPrevious relevant experienceAdvanced knowledge of written and spoken EnglishExcellent MS package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledgeEffective communicatorAbility to lead and motivate a teamAbility & desire to implement change across multiple levelsUnderstanding of HSE regulatory requirements and professional best practices.Must have exceptional skills in building interpersonal relationships, including high degree of tact, diplomacy and ability to influence.Effectively interfaces with employees at all organizational levels.WE VALUEAbility to track and report design and construction progressDemonstrate effective ability to work with diverse groupsProject Management Professional or Professional Engineer WE OFFERA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationCareer growth opportunities;Experienced leaders to support your professional development;International work environment;If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
