Human Resources InspectorClient Description:Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a major player in the road and highway construction sector, a Human Resources Inspector for Bucharest.Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesPreparation of individual employment contracts, additional documents, documents related to finalize the employment contracts,Preparation of various certificates for employees including but not limited to medical certificates, certificates for the bank etc.Working in good coordination with other departmentsWorking as a member of the team in good attitude and share all information within the scope of the work to the other team members. Collaborating in a good manner.Candidate Profile:Candidate ProfileProven experience of at least 1 year in human resourcesHolding the certificate of the human resources inspectorKnowledge of whole human resource field legislation especially including but not limited to labor code etc.Written and verbal communication skills in English at least intermediate levelAbility to work “Saga” software is an advantageEagerness to learn and to be successful.Ability to set up and conduct good communication within the team and all other parties related to the work.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, ability to work with “Saga” software is an advantage.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all reports and submissions are accurate and complete.
