Use this understanding to proactively develop HR strategies and actions.HR Advisory: Serve as a trusted HR advisor, offering daily guidance to line management on a wide range of HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.Policy and Process Influence: Provide advice, support, and influence on HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations.Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by working collaboratively with management and personnel. Create a conducive work environment, boost morale, enhance productivity, and bolster employee retention.Compensation and Benefits: Participate in salary survey processes, including technology mapping and analyzing market salary surveys. Contribute to pay review initiatives.Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to conducting exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all employees.Reporting: Generate monthly reports for management, detailing project status and specific HR key performance indicators (KPIs) such as headcount, budget, attrition, and results from exit interviews.Employee Wellbeing: Prioritize employee wellbeing and wellness initiatives, promoting a healthy work-life balance.Project Participation: Engage in ad-hoc projects and coordinate cross-functional processes and policies to drive organizational excellence.Compliance: Stay current with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to people management.
