HVAC Key Account Manager in Bucuresti

As a KAM based in Bucharest, you will be a key person in the relationship between the company and the key accounts. You will be responsible for the commercial and technical aspects of the sales cycle in Bucharest and surrounding area and you will work with your colleagues e.g., Head of Sales, Pre-sales, Product Manager and other sales responsible. You will be responsible for developing the distribution network of wholesalers, retailers, and other important accounts in the before mentioned channels and, in the same time, actively promoting our HVAC products. You will work on getting Bosch specified in Residential and Commercial projects and provide the essential skills to our partners to successfully implement Bosch Heating and Air Conditioning solutions. You will also work on long term projects in the community that makes a difference. Your key responsibilities will include: Being part of building the strategy to grow in HVAC market and implementing action plans Identifying the market, targeting new accounts for Bosch and bringing them to our family Active management of the KA’s (improving them to improve our business) Identifying additional opportunities and/or developing potentially new business models Continuously keeping the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products and features in order to offer the best possible solution to the needs of the customers Actively using available special IT sales tools (such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, etc.); Acting in accordance with central Bosch rules and guidelines and local regulations Qualifications Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Experience and know-how in a similar position in HVAC market Experience and know-how in 3 step distribution Ability to lead the team with influence while being part of the team Open mindset to try new approaches, but still have good usage of traditional ones General knowledge in common technical fields is desirable Able to do presentations and demonstrations to a variety of audiences Good knowledge (spoken and written) and use of English language Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills for successful organization of sales activities Important skills, abilities, knowledge for this role Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales, the before mentioned domains Knowledge in Cooling and Heating technology Ability to provide effective presentations and demonstrations High level of self-initiative, self-motivation, and sales orientation Experience and passion for continuous learning, open minded and a team player Traveling is required within the assigned region and to our HQ on daily/weekly basis Additional Information # LikeABosch Benefits:   Your work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you: 25 Days of annual leave , because work-life balance is essential to us;    Flexible working schedule Company car Your  health  and  well-being  is important to us, so we have you covered: Medical subscription Accident insurance Sport activities and well-being initiatives We believe in a  Life-Long Learning  approach, so you can take advantage of: Technical and soft skills trainings; Access to e-learning platforms Local and Global career development programs Opportunity to attend conferences Bookster subscription On top of these, we are offering: A monthly budget which can be used for several different services on an online benefit platform Annual bonus Ready to work  # LikeABosch ?
