Job Title : Account Manager (Native French Speaker) Location : Bucharest (Hybrid) Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients. Act as the main contact for client inquiries, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery. Monitor account performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, helping drive business growth. Prepare and present client proposals, reports, and account reviews. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic advice. Requirements : Native-level fluency in French (written and spoken). Strong proficiency in English . Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
