You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business systems.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for System 21 applications on the IBM i/AS/iSeries platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the System 21 applications.Perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations as needed.Implement best practices for system security and data integrity.Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience with IBM i/AS/iSeries platform and System 21 applications.Strong expertise in RPG, CL, DB2, and related technologies.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of system administration, security, and backup procedures.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.Relevant certifications (eg, IBM Certified Specialist) are a plus.
