iHCM Client Service Consultant KEY DUTIES/TASKS:Undergo Product training, maintain up-to-date knowledge and evolve alongside the HR SolutionsCommunicate with the internal stakeholders managing the other integration components (Celergo Service teams, Payroll Partners) / customer contacts to understand in-depth technical aspects of the customer ‘s requirementsProvide technically accurate and sustainable resolutions to client reported problems and document these for future referenceFunction as a liaison between the client and the integration components by coordinating the steps towards understanding and resolving any issue raisedDevelop and maintain excellent relationships based on trust and credibility with all our customers and internal stakeholdersHelp in continuously improving the support service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Work with implementation and product development teams around the globe to identify and report defects and enhancement needsMaintain and contribute to the Knowledge Base libraryWork closely with the team and support in training and assessing new recruitsAdhere to ADP standards, policies and methodologies in all areas of businessAnalysis activities in order to define specifications for building effective systems, capable to meet user requirementsGiving advice to clients to optimize their use of the productAdjust set up of the product when requestedAbility to influence and guide clients to ADP best practice and standard solution adoption REQUIREMENTS:Graduates / Post Graduates in Engineering or Computer Applications is an added advantageAdvanced level of English; German language is a big plusProven experience in supporting international customersExperience working with HR Information Systems / CRM Systems will be a massive advantageAbility to work in a challenging and demanding environment, alongside other energetic professionalsDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the product range features, technical limitations and business benefitsAbility to understand Client business requirements and recommend the appropriate solution whilst being aware of technical constraintsKnowledge of HR legislation would be an advantageExcellent communication in oral, written and listening skillsHigh standard of personal, product and technical presentationDemonstrate organizational skills in client visits, product implementation and administrationExcellent logical and problem solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as a team player with a positive attitudeQuick adaptability with an openness to learn and developSolid customer focus, with the aim of building lasting relationships
