We’re looking for an Implementation Architect to join our team in Poland (office located in Wroclaw), where in the future we are planning to build our Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a unique opportunity to work with our international team of open-minded, genuinely caring professionals from with many different backgrounds. Main Duties / Key Responsibilities Area / What you’ll be doing Complete the onboarding and enablement of new customers while setting overall architecture for customer implementations, including data exchanges and transformation between enterprise systems Responsible for identifying technical requirements and use cases to assure Zoovu’s solution is properly implemented in the most efficient manner to drive value and exceed customer expectations. Act as the senior technical liaison throughout the customer enablement program, supporting the Platform Consultant and CSP to ensure quality deliverables Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities Develop technical documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations Develop and document best practices for common integration and deployment scenarios Identify technical risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Zoovu platform and continually stay up to date with trends and latest features and functionality Contributes to ongoing initiatives that continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively deliver success to our customers Qualifications & Experience / Skills we are looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience delivering complex projects / software on or before time Previous experience as a web developer / software engineer Experience with web technologies, specifically HTML, CSS / CSS3 & JavaScript. Experience in enterprise integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks etc.) Experience in working with complex data sets and data manipulation, working knowledge of Regular Expressions Strong communication and relationship management skills Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations Effective communicator both internally and externally Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments Outstanding asynchronous and remote communications skills Ability to explain technical concepts with ease and in the simplest manner possible to any type of audience (technical through non-technical) Ability to engage different teams while driving towards project success It certainly won’t hurt if you have: Work experience in a customer-facing or technical role Experience with e-commerce technologies What kind of person are we looking for: Enthusiastic about technology, AI, and smart solutions Ability to work closely with staff at all levels in an organization.
