We can’t wait to hear about YOU.The Implementation Manager leads and mentors significant business projects to improve DMS revenue growth, secure service and support, delivery and productivity of DMS operations.The Implementation Manager will use methodologies to promote projects into a business excellence culture.What you will do Lead the deployment of DMS based projects. Lead and maintain Change Requests/Change Management within large accounts. Sustain focus within the function and identify/deploy Best Practices. Responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs. Provide input to and develop improvements in team quality and efficiency. Design presentations to customers to ensure the design will meet the customer requirement. Ensure documentation when handover to Production. Sets and manages client expectations. Manages internal expectations. What you will bring Proven experience in a similar role. Experience in managing client and internal resources over distance. Experience in managing and documenting projects. Solution Selling. Project management experience. Experience of negotiating internally across different functions with conflicting priorities. Experience with integrating complex systems. Solid, proven experience in digital solutions. Another EU language, besides English, would be a plus.
