We are currently looking for an In-house Lawyer to join our East Balkans Legal team in Bucharest, reporting to the Legal Manager.
Job Purpose:
Provide legal advice to all business functions.
Negotiate, draft, review of a wide range of agreements.
Advise on Legal aspects of sales, promotions, marketing materials and review compliance of product claims.
Advise and manage commercial dispute resolution and litigation.
Advise on labor law and data protection law; maintain corporate documents.
Deliver legal trainings to internal clients.
Perform legal research on relevant topics and provide accurate and timely reports on legislative updates.
