Do you find tax and social security legislation challenging? Would you like to provide consultancy services on fiscal aspects to multinational and local companies or to private clients and assist them with the personal income tax and social contributions formalities ?If you are, we welcome you to join our team as Individual Tax Services Manager.● Together with a team of valuable professionals, you will advise companies on tax consequences of remunerating individuals under different schemes and assist individual taxpayers (both residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax and social contributions situation.●You will act as first contact for the client’s HR responsible and will have regular contacts with specialists in compensation and benefits, payroll and other tax areas.●You will review the practical personal income tax and social security aspects to be dealt with for private clients and for employees, such as tax returns, salary calculations, etc., as well as the advice given on personal income tax matters.●You will frequently be in contact with people of varying cultures and nationalities and build a local and international network within PwC.●You will contribute to the development of your own and team’s national and international tax acumen.●You will keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.●You will be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.●You will continue to develop internal relationships and your own brand.Qualifications:● You have a university degree in Finance, Law, Business or Economics (preferably) and strong knowledge of Romanian Individual Tax Law;●You have a minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Tax/ Payroll/ Human Resources; Experience in consultancy is a big asset;●You are fluent in English; knowledge of a second language (French/German) is a plus;●You have strong communication skills and are client oriented;●You have a practical and hands-on attitude;●Accuracy, a critical mind-set and good writing skills;●You are well-organised, stress resistant and able to meet deadlines;●You are a team player and have developed a broad business-mind;●You take responsibility in developing yourself and others;●You have good knowledge of MS Office; other technology competences would be a plus.
