RINA is currently recruiting for a Industrial Inspections Business Support Assisstant to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.
Mission
A Business Support Advisor with a focus on managing administrative tasks from the creation of a customer in a database to the issuance of invoices plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations.
Key Accountabilities
Assignment of jobs to auditors (internal and external) - issue of invoice and inform clients; Document / report filing; Collect the client payments under the supervision of the head of office; Support and coordinate Office facilities / meetings / HSE including PPE / stationary / surveyor expense / time sheet; Contacting potential clients via mail or phone to promote RINA services; Scheduling of appointments with potential clients; Assisting the team in the preparation of quotations / preparation of quotations; Registration of prospects/quotations/contracts within RINA databases; Other office work assigned by team leader / station manager.
What are we looking for
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor or apprenticeship in the commercial field; Previous Administrative or Back-office experience preferably within international working environment; English language at an intermediate level; Good computer skills and Microsoft applications; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications; Ability to work both independently and excellent teamwork skills; Ability to work under pressure; Willingness to learn and develop. #LI-DP1
