Candidatul ideal

Your Competence:

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering and technical procurement for production equipment of assembly, automation and testing;
  • Fast learner and organized to keep track of latest technologies in Hella’s roadmap and actively apply that in large amount of procurement processes;
  • Good understanding of assembly processes for different types of manufacturing tools;
  • Appropriate expertise in Automotive Lighting is desirable;
  • Good command of English is a must; German would be an advantage;

    Your Functions:

  • You will check the content of a specification regarding the processes in communication with the Process Experts and the Manufacturing Engineer;
  • You will improve the Technical Approval Workflow Process for requirement specifications (track the performance of the plants, detect best practices for processes);
  • You will implement standard trainings for Technical Approval Workflow and crosscheck latest specifications to the running procurement processes;
  • You will collect Lessons Learned approaches and start their implementation;
