Responsibilities:Develop solutions to problems utilizing statistical knowledge and problem-solving tools as well as developing preventative strategiesUse data extraction, data mining, and analysis skills to identify trends and outliers to reduce process variation and drive corrective action plans.Partner with the Technician team to troubleshoot equipment and process issues to facilitate sustaining operations.Drive continuous improvement on process and equipment operational indicators to support our future customer demand.Lead continuous improvement initiatives with your team organization which will improve the operational performance of the area.Identify innovative solutions to problems and influence required stakeholders to drive/implement changeWe embed diversity and inclusion practices in everything we do and are committed to building an environment where all employees feel empowered to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will role model and drive inclusion, diversity, and culture change in their team.QualificationsNational Framework Qualification (NFQ) L8 (Degree)/L9(Maters) or L10 (PhD) qualification in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline in Physics, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry inorganic, Chemical Eng., Electronic Eng., Electrical Eng., Material Science, Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics, Biomedical Eng. Nanotechnology, Maths, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical/medical and device manufacturing.
