Mission: Ensuring the chronological and systematic registration of the financial and accounting operations of the company; Ensures the accounting record of Fixed Assets, relations with third parties and the Treasury. Responsibilities:  Book invoices from transport suppliers and intercos suppliers; Accrual 408 for transport and accrual for stock in transit; Intercos reconciliation with group companies; Follow-up litigation with suppliers for returns due to quality issues (claim or raise credit-notes); Follow-up of material purchase price and claim or raise debit-notes for price differences; Suppliers database management : create new supplier, update IBAN, …; Participation to the annual inventory What we are looking for: Romanian and english language: mandatory Knowledge of Statutory Accounting and SAP Financial analysis Knowledge of the financial accounting legislation  Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables A challenging and enquiring mindset Enjoy building relationships What can we offer you:  You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.
