Accompanying the installation and setup of our software Support of our sales partners and customers on the phone and through remote access. Testing new features and quality assurance of our products Your profile A completed education related to computer science or a comparable qualification is desirable - but we also welcome interested career changers Extensive knowledge of modern IT structures in the corporate environment (Windows clients, Windows servers and basic understanding of domains, network technology and terminal environments).
