Become part of our team in Frankfurt/Main and support us as a Junior Client Application Engineer (f/m/d) We offer multifaceted tasks You don't think in terms of problems, but approach every new challenge in a solution-oriented way? Then you can contribute here! You take over the application responsibility for one or more applications and drive the permanent further development. You handle the user requests around Adobe Suite, external data rooms and other applications that cannot be solved by the user helpdesk. You will resolve issues related to the use of the applications as well as interactions with client applications. Furthermore, you are involved in the entire lifecycle of existing and new products, as an integral part of an Agile team. What you bring with you Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, business information systems or comparable qualification. You have experience in dealing with the support / operation of client applications and Windows services (Windows 10, Edge, Office) You are proficient in using Adobe Suite applications, external data rooms, M365, etc. You bring basic knowledge in the packaging of software products Your high IT affinity as well as your analytical problem solving skills distinguish you and you have the ability to work independently in Agile teams.
