Power BI (regular) Windows Server (advanced) SQL (advanced) MS SQL (advanced) We are searching for Infrastructure Specialist (SQL) This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw or Lublin, and you will join our Secure Operations. The IT Operations/Secure Operations manages, reporting and mitigates software vulnerabilities in BEC. The Infrastructure Specialist (SQL) offers a unique blend of SQL development and software vulnerability management. Tasks will be closely related to infrastructure security monitoring, providing situation awareness for system owners allowing them to secure their machines. Today, security is at the forefront of IT. This offer will provide you with frontline experience in the subject. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Michał Cydzik. Primary task and responsibilities include: Working in MSSQL, Window Server, Nessus PowerBI stackTechnical responsibility on data processing including:automated data load processesmeasuring queries efficiencydaily maintenance of data – corrections of errorsWorking with world class software security experts Maintenance and design of vulnerability processing SQL solution To succeed you will have: 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure 3+ years of experience in MSSQL Development SQL knowledge allowing to construct structured multi-level queries, including: - calculation of delta values - multiple joins including self joins - temporary functions - recursive common table expression - pivoting dataFluent in English (written and spoken)A curious mind with an open nature and desire to share knowledge with othersSense of humorPersistencyPositive attitude Nice-to-have: Data warehousing design and maintenanceTenable Nessus experienceVulnerability management experience Be your best self with BEC’s Benefits!
