The role of Inside Sales Representative within Safetyand Productivity Solutions is to manage sales opportunities within a specificterritory by generating, following, and closing opportunities. The role willrequire marketing campaign & lead management, cold call activities,pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get resultsInside Sales Representative responsibilities:Prospects the market to identify business opportunitiesFollow opportunities from needs identification phase to closing stageBuilds long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phoneIdentify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales Development)Account management activities; upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasBuild deep relationships within the channel community in the assigned territory and become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and servicesAct on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with HoneywellActively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needsCollaborate effectively with others to ensurethe customer needs are fully met Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Business fluent in written and spoken English and GermanClient managementskills, outstanding communication skills, needs investigation and negotiationability, handling objections skills, presentation skills, telemarketing skills,capable of proactively promoting customer interest in the products offerings.
