What will you do? Promote Maintenance Contracts for those customers whose assets are at the end of their warranty Proactively follow-up with customers and close all opportunities Help grow our Global Field Services Sales/Revenue Handle quotations for end customers, partners, and colleagues as needed Ensure efficient and regular communication between the teams Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with new or existing SE customers Educate our clients on all SE products and services Maintain documentation for assigned tasks (Salesforce.com, etc) Monitors and manages the status of our contracts on a weekly basis Plans and prioritizes the contracts to be processed according to customer needs and load peaks Manages contract terminations Ensure efficient and regular communications between the commercial and technical teams Take complete ownership of all Customers issues until resolution and ensure timely follow up on all commitments What qualifications will make you successful?
