Integration Tech Lead/Technical Project Manager: Network-based Software Integration - Telecoms - Very High Profile Programme - Hybrid (various SE UK office locations) Our telco client are creating a market-innovative platform which demands the Integration Tech Lead deal with ambiguous technical complexity, involving multi-disciplinary teams collaborating under stringent time constraints. A seasoned telecoms networking professional (a prerequisite), you will offer experience of enterprise/carrier scale integration and implementation of software-based control for large scale networks. You will be responsible for ensuring that the integration of all aspects of this programme, our client's key current initiative, are delivered on time and to budget. In your role as a Integration Tech Lead/Technical Project Manager, you will support project delivery, using sound technical capabilities to define, document and carry out projects/programmes, agreeing approach, plans and performance criteria, managing costs and stakeholder (internal & third-party vendor) engagement. You will identify and address risks to ensure the success of the project and support continuous improvement. Essential Experience: Deep understanding of the role of project management within Software-Defined Networking (SDN)/Software Controlled Networking (SCN).Extensive experience coordinating end-to-end project teams and defining/implementing end-to-end governance frameworks required to deliver complex programmes of work.Track record of leading highly complex projects within telecoms sector - specifically with regards to network-based software integration. Responsibilities: End-to-end delivery for all requirements relating to the integration of software, API and customer facing applications on to the fixed network.Ensure the Programme team consult with third party vendors to design & deliver the most appropriate technical solutions.Delivers Programme requirements into wider client business working closely with the assoc. delivery teams.Provides continuous development of delivery processes/methodologies against industry best practice and internal/external audit.
