During the internship, you will support new initiatives in:Demand forecasting of pharmaceuticals leveraging statistical modelsData visualization to gather new insightsEvaluation of new internal/external data sets and correlation analysis for improved predictionsAssessment of new demand modeling platforms and automation opportunities for selected data cleaning & preparation processesReviewing new machine learning models (regression/classification)Improving workflows designed for exception management in business analyst & data scientist interactionsA placement year in DSPF team provides excellent experience and practical use of supply chain information systems, and demand planning tools to better understand data. Our new DSPF team has a strong interest in pushing the boundaries of how we use our established systems, and good at experimenting emerging data modelling/machine learning applications.You will be assigned one or more projects based on needs at the time of joining our fast-moving department and will develop both strong team working and technical skills.
