NTT DATA Services is currently looking for an Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst for our growing team based remotely in Romania. Role In this role, you will evaluate the company’s internal controls and their effectiveness, including its corporate governance, risk management and accounting processes. The audits ensure compliance with laws and regulations and help to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and data collection. Furthermore, the Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst will prepare audits, drive the document collection process, support Data Analytic Analyses and support the audit report drafting. Responsibilities Internal Audit evaluate the company’s internal controls and their effectiveness, including its corporate governance, risk management and accounting processes. These audits ensure compliance with laws and regulations and help to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and data collection Prepare audits, drive the document collection process, support Data Analytic Analyses and support the audit report drafting. Prepare detailed Audit timetable plan Prepare & customize Audit Questionnaires, Documents to be prepared-list Monitor deadlines Sanity check of incoming documents Data Analytic Analyses Documentation of checks & results Provision of correct and completed reports and documents within the deadlines Compliance Check of new Business Partners and Customers Check against various blacklists and sanctions lists; google Checks Communication with Sales and Purchasing department on a global level Regular reporting to corporate compliance Documentation of results and checks Key skills Fluent in English, both written and verbal Experience in Internal Audit and Compliance-related activities advanced Excel knowledge (Pivots, VBA) and strong command of SAP good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office; ServiceNow nice to have good Team Player & Process and target-driven personality with ability to manage queries as interface between local entities (countries) and Headquarters demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, internal controls and data privacy Benefits Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
