The Opportunity The Internal Communications Officer has a key role to play in planning and delivering our internal communications strategy. Working closely with the business, the Internal Communications Officer provides communication support with responsibility for writing, editing, coordinating and publishing content across various channels including our intranet, TV channels and video portal. The Internal Communication Officer also works closely with the different business teams to provide advice, guidelines and support on their global communications requirements supporting them with the best methods of internal communications. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ Manage, update and improve our different internal communications channels Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, working across all services Actively source stories to feed our internal editorial line Plan and create multi-media content and materials (text, video, imagery, infographics) Support Corporate Functions with their communications requirements Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication or Journalism Good writing skills in English (native speaker preferred) Good understanding of internal communication and its audiences Proven knowledge of CMS, user experience and visual communication, and experience with video communication is an advantage Experience with monitoring and analytics Self-starter, willing to challenge and take up challenges for the benefit of the company as a whole and its employees in particular Confident in dealing with internal clients, including top management Collaborative and positive attitude, accountable, flexible and committed to the team Perks & Benefits At Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
