Internal Quality Expert in Sibiu

Candidatul Ideal - Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field; - Min. 3 years of work experience as quality engineer in automotive manufacturing  - Proven experience in daily use of CAQ software, preferably BabtecQ  - Ability to lead and guide others  - Strong attention to detail with well-developed organization skills  - Fluent in English Descrierea jobului - Responsibility for the plant roll-out for a new CAQ software  - Professional, not disciplinary leading of defined rollout-relevant personnel  - Developing new / translating and editing existing training documents  - Training personnel in CAQ software from management level to operator level  - Being part of the official, international CAQ key user team representing your plant to BU - Reporting to your BU regarding the software roll-out / defined roll-out objectives  - Developing and / or implementing CAQ-relevant concepts for continuous improvement of the software and related structures / processes
