Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for an  International Regional Manager  to join our team in Romania. As a member of the business development team, the Regional Manager will be key to focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and the development of Massive Bio's growth efforts in all markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in Biotech/Pharma and the healthcare environment. Reporting to the Director of International Partnerships, you will: Handpick your dream team! Partner strategically with top-tier physicians, state-of-the-art hospitals, innovative CROs, and trailblazing health systems. Make them part of Massive Bio's elite provider network. Empower and supercharge our partners, zealous patient advocates, and provider engagement teams. Analyze, optimize, and reinvent for unparalleled success. Spot the goldmines and sprint towards unmatched growth opportunities, ensuring a stellar ROI.   Candidate Profile: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years’ experience in channel partnership development or business development in oncology/hematology healthcare tech, healthcare, or pharma companies. Exceptional relationship-building skills. Fluent in English and native in the local language. Preferably, familiarity with medical terminology and health care systems. Able to adapt to situations quickly, with a start-up mindset. Flexible in traveling internationally, 50%+ travel. Excellent overall communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, passionate about client work, detail and quality oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, and growth mindset. Living in Germany.
