We need strategic advice to optimize our tax position while complying with local and international regulations. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel on the structuring of business operations to minimize tax liabilities. Ensure compliance with Romanian tax regulations and double taxation treaties. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements with tax implications. Represent the company in discussions with Romanian tax authorities. Advise on the legal implications of cross-border transactions. Qualifications: Law degree with a specialization in tax law. At least 5 years of experience in international tax law, with a focus on Romania. Extensive knowledge of Romanian tax laws and treaties. Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English and Romanian.
