Job description We at ORTEC CEE are currently seeking for a part-time Office Administrator Intern to join our team! Simply pursuing a successful business is no longer enough nowadays. What you will do: Ensure office activities: manage cleaning services, keep the relation with the facility manager of the office building; Keep the relation with suppliers for office purposes; identify new suppliers if needed; Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design and implement new systems, office improvement projects;Car fleet and parking management;Create and update internal procedures; Support for events organization like teambuilding, Christmas party, ad-hoc events;Help colleagues in other special projects, events or assignments as may be needed (offline and online events)Acts as backup for Executive Assistant: Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management, process incoming and outgoing correspondence; Manage security cards and office security systems, as well as visitor logs. Take the lead role when responding to building and facility alarms and emergencies;Collect information for newsletters; Other duties as assigned by the manager. You will work at our office in Bucharest together in a multi-disciplinary team and you will have frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world. Who you are University/ Master graduate or student; Entry level, up to 3 years of experience; Fluent in English and Romanian; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Organizational and time management skills Good communication skills both written and verbally; Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and manage time effectively and work with minimal supervisionAbility to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaroundAble to adapt to changing project demands;Friendly, positive, professional and reliable.
