Internship Service Desk Craiova - German speaker
The intern will provide IT support to users from Germany for their workstations and programs installed on them.
Responsibilities:
•Acquiring, diagnosing and solving computer problems in the use of IT equipment and solutions (distributes, installs, configures, updates and troubleshoots standard programs, manages users 'access to network resources, manages users' Windows accounts, etc.) •Assistance of users in using IT equipment and standard applications running on them •Correct evaluation and redirection of reported issues to other departments of competence in case of necessity •Regular analysis of recurring problems with the aim of taking measures to cancel \ reduce their frequencyRequirements:
Education: Faculty of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics
Competences:
Strong German language skills
Average knowledge about the IT environment (HW & SW)
Average knowledge about MS Windows operating system and MS Office package
Analysis and attention to detail, teamwork, skill, accuracy, perseverance, using specialized terminology, problem solving skills.
Very good written and oral communication skills
Experience: Newly graduates of Faculty/Master; any previous professional experience in the IT \ User Support field as well as Italian language skills are an advantage
Others: Strong English level, flexibility, dynamic person, customer oriented
