Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients. Due to our growing business needs we are looking for: InTune MDM Consultant (Remote or from Kraków)(Full Time)Workplace: KrakówO3 Business ParkTasks:Advanced Troubleshooting of Microsoft InTune/Airwatch Agent Installation and Configuration IssuesConfiguration of Microsoft InTune /Airwatch Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for all the mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) Having Hands on Experience in Installation and configuration of Microsoft InTune/Airwatch including SEG, MAG, Content management, E-mail mangement.Advanced Troubleshooting for Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration for iOS, Android, Windows Mobile Devices and TabletsHandling Microsoft InTune Incident Tickets at all Severity levels and all type of Service Requests in Queue. Responsible for resolving issues arising out of Monitoring and Alerting for Microsoft InTune services. Should be responsible for Microsoft InTune Services log analysis from all Microsoft InTune infrastuctures and take appropriate actions.Responsible for Server patching and other regular maintenance activities for all Microsoft InTune/Airwatch related servers Create, maintain and update the Runbook and SOP documentation for all EMM related services Mentoring the L1 and Junior Microsoft InTune admins as needed" Technical Requirements Strong Administration experience on Microsoft InTune.
