Role PurposeMain ActivityTo deliver technical support for network applications and systems (2nd Line support)To carry out troubleshooting activities in order to maintain the hardware and software systems in a properly functional state, by using available tools. To analyse the impact, propose, revise and administer the implementation of the technical solution related to the basic functionality of the software, thus leading to the solving of incidents and advanced technical issues while at the same time improving the customer’s experience.To provide high end technical support and solve the incidents that may appear in functionality of hardware and software systems. To be prepared to work on-call, outside of regular working hours. To provide 24h/24h technical support, collect information from the customer and/or monitoring systems and solve the incidents that may appear in functionality of hardware and software systems.To ensure the coordination of incidents and major escalations, both internal and external. Core CompetenciesAdvanced knowledge in Telecom on the following technologies: Core Telecom Network (2G/3G/4G) and IP networksNetwork architecture knowledge:Circuit Switch: SMSC, HLR, HSSPacket Switch: GGSN, PGW, DNSKnowledge of protocols GTP, RADIUS, Diameter, IP, BGP, MPLS, L3-VPN, IPSEC, SS7Knowledge in Linux/UNIX, CLI, any distributionExperience using packet-tracing software: Wireshark, Ethereal (tcpdump etc).Minimal knowledge of Unix scriptingExperience in advanced problem solving, detailed analysis and solution implementationFluent in both written and spoken English.Our BenefitsIn this pandemic period we have 100% work from home for your safety!
