IP Test Engineer - Core IP MPLSInternational IP network service provider is looking for an experienced IP Test Engineer to As a test engineer to monitor the testing progress and steer and report on the results. You understand the specifics of the devices under test. To deploy and use test tools in real-world situations. Through this role, you take ownership of test harnesses, test case generation, regression tests and test suites. You are experienced in all aspects of network device testing: not just functionally but also performance, security, data integration, scalability, reliability, and network failure testing. Build and maintain relationships with global Architecture, IP Engineering, and IP Operations teams to support network deployment and address network support issues. Ideally you need to have experience with programming languages, such as Python, Ansible, NAPALM, Netmiko/Paramiko etc Experience with REST API. Experience testing of layer-2, Layer-3, MPLS Technologies and VNF/PNF features. Experience of using iPerf, Wireshark, Spirent, IXIA or similar. Experience of creating test plans, test procedures/cases/scripts/automated test scripts. Experience using test management and documentation tools (eg Jira, Confluence). Cisco Juniper CCNA CCNP
