Job roleThe department Workplace Services (WPS) is responsible for operation of the workplace services within Allianz Group. This includes notebooks, thin clients, virtual clients (VDI, RDS), mobile devices, desktop file service, printers, service desk and field service. Responsibilities Coordinate and support in case of hardware break/fix resp. swap activities Follow up if service is not meeting Expectations Escalation of Incidents and Problems to upper management Support within FAQ Analysis, case reviews and customer feedback analysis Asset management Manage hardware basket stock and hardware spare parts stock Coordinate and assist vendors and suppliers with hardware problem determination Support all physical transitions including organic or new business Governance review with Business and internal Stakeholders Maintain CMDB and perform audits Assist in the investigation and implementation of new hardware technologies or assets including preparation of materials for formal approval processes Requirements Degree in IT (business informatics), economics or comparable experience 1-3 years of experience in IT Service Delivery (ITIL), preferably in area of Hardware Management Knowledge of Incident Management, Prioritization and RCA Knowledge of Asset Management regarding CMDB and its maintenance Knowledge of Problem Management and troubleshooting issues Basic knowledge of Modern Device Management / Unified Endpoint Management Basic knowledge of Device Enrollment Programs (Microsoft Azure Autopilot, DEP, etc.) Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems independently Fluent business English spoken and written (category B2 - C1) Good German skills (level B2) would be an advantage Knowledge of working with Service Now would be an advantage Work experience in virtual Team (usage of tools like Teams, Webex, etc.) would be an advantage Skills Analytical, conceptual and structured way of working Independent working style Self-motivated personality Accurate, reliable; Quick perception; Team working skills in intercultural environment Well-developed interpersonal skills Experience in international teams preferred Benefits We place people at the core of what we do, this is why we are committed to your personal and professional growth: Complete training curricula available (tailored courses) International Certifications (Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prince, ITIL, IFOA, ACCA, IACCM etc.) Comprehensive Leadership Programs All you can learn with LinkedIn Learning!
