IT Business Analyst in Fund Distribution Services in Constanţa

SQL (regular) UML (regular) Project Management (regular) English (advanced) Business Analysis (advanced) As a part of the FDS Engineering team within Securities Services cluster you will contribute to providing new solutions for operational teams and establishing the link between international stakeholders and development teams. The position will give you the unique opportunity to cooperate with dynamic, cross location squads while analyzing and implementing system changes required by business process owners and project teams. Responsibilities: Manage change requests and follow their lifecycle;Work with business and other stakeholders to collect all requirements;Write functional & technical detailed specifications;Work on technical analysis and new solution design;Create and manage testing of new solutions, including writing test plans, preparing test data, coordinating testing and user/client acceptance;Maintain process flow diagrams and project documentation. Requirements: At least 3-year experience as an IT Business Analyst;Excellent knowledge of process analysis and ability to synthesize;Knowledge of Project Management methodologies;Strong autonomy and ability to plan own tasks and organize own working environment;Fluency in English as working language;Very good communication skills – both verbal and written;Diligence and accuracy, also while working under time pressure;Stress-resistance and ability to adapt to changing environment;Knowledge of the financial industry – with focus on Securities sector (fund industry) and swift messages is considered as strong asset;Knowledge of UML and SQL will be considered as an asset.
