What you'll be doing:
IT Compliance Analyst plays significant role in IT compliance matters across Avon globally and its key suppliers, always ensuring effective IT controls are deployed to mitigate identified risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute AVON’s IT SOX program with co-sourced internal audit IT team members, external audit IT team members, control owners and performers
- Conduct tests of design and operational effectiveness of IT General Controls
- Document IT General Controls SOX testing results
- Evaluate IT control deficiencies for impact and perform root cause analysis to determine appropriate management actions
- Monitor management’s remediation efforts to closure, challenge delivery status and escalate delays
We'd love you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Information Security or equivalent
- 2-4 Years of relevant IT compliance experience
- Ideally a Controls background or Internal Audit
- Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of IT general controls across domains such as user access management, change management, IT operations for both financial applications and IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- English Language is essential with other languages as a bonus
