DPA (junior) GDPR (junior) Excel (regular) IT contract management (regular) English (advanced) IT Contract Manager for IT Service Delivery We are looking for a contract manager to join our IT Service Delivery team. The optimal candidate has solid experience working with IT contract management and supplier management securing the full benefit from our supplier engagements in an outsourced setup. The team consists of IT Procurement Specialist, IT Contract Manager, IT Asset Manager, Service Delivery Managers, and Infrastructure Architects. About The JobYou will join the Global IT organisation and will be reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, itself a part of IT Service Orchestration. As the contract manager for IT Infrastructure Delivery, you are responsible for contract and supplier management on IT contract engagements globally, running commercial activities together with your colleagues. Currently we are implementing a new IT Contract Management system for all Falck supplier contracts, and you will be a key driver for the IT contract management discipline. You will be working in a close corporation with our global service providers is required to ensure we provide services within the agreed-to SLA’s and KPI’s. We have high ambitions within the area, which is still forming, and you will have a big impact on shaping it. What we need you to doSupporting and managing our main IT outsourcing service providers, including the long-term strategies for their scope and alignment to business requirementsMaintaining a focus on forecasting costs for our major suppliers and cloud spendDeveloping the vendor governance setup for IT contracts in Falck Global ITHandling commercial and compliance related issues arising from DPAs, including issues related to vendor performance, contract interpretation, and technical security measuresBuild strong feedback loops to strengthen our teams as part of everything we doKeep the team and stakeholders on track within the Agile framework in alignment with other teams You will join an organization that is on the move, and you will have great opportunities to influence the ways of working for your team. Your daily work will be in our office in Warsaw, but do expect regular travel to Falck HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. About YouYou get a kick out of seeing your empowered team members succeed while driving continuous improvements around the team.Have several years of experience with managing IT contracts for outsourcing providersHave a good, basic understanding of GDPR and DPA in relation to IT contracts, but also updated knowledge of the issues related to sub-processing and the legal requirements and intercompany guidelinesBe familiar with negotiating with vendorsHave a cross-disciplinary background based on economics, law, or financeThrive in an international company where English is company languageExcel at working in a structured manner and that you create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersYou know how to help a team remove impediments and improve their process on an iterative basis by using an agile frameworkExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English) About UsFalck Global IT supports the business entities with all aspects of IT, spanning from feature development, architecture, governance, project management, application management and IT infrastructure such as servers, network and PCs.
